In his life Crell was a soldier with every fiber of his being.
Like so many Forsaken, much of Crell's memory was lost when he was brought back. However, he quickly found that his years of military training was embedded deep within him, as a natural part of his instincts.
Those instincts lead him to continue his military career, serving the Queen and her House in all parts of Azeroth, Outland and Northrend for several years, specialising in covert operations, intelligence work and assasinations.
Weighting discipline and loyalty towards the Queen above all else, and combining his military and stratetic experience with ruthless and cunning ways, Crell eventually rose to rank of Commander.
However, just before the Cataclysm Crell was severely wounded in Northrend, and he was missing in action for many months.
Alone, severely weakened and suffering from his wounds he eventually managed to drag his way back to what was a completely changed Azeroth.
As loyal as ever to the Queen, Crell started training again, rebuilding and regaining his prior strenght and powers...
